I have been invited twice for this event in 2005 and 2006 and, in my opinion, this is the best forum for getting the vendors and business partners together. Unlike trade fairs like GITEX, where it is very difficult to create a one-to-one meeting or attend a boardroom presentation, considering that trade fairs are more for creating brand awareness, DBC MEA is a focused approach to business development. Besides identifying new vendors for our ever growing competitive business, it was also an opportunity to network with different business partners from Middle East and Africa.
